Selecting a Fabric
There is seemingly no end to the fabric options for Roman shades. Each premium brand we carry offers over a hundred choices. A flat fold crafted from a luxe fabric with an eye-catching pattern can double as a piece of wall art. Darker fabrics tend to make rooms appear smaller and cozier. Lighter fabrics can make a room bright and airy; However, there is something to be said for the power of contrast when you combine a darker colored shade with light colored walls.
You should also consider where the shades will be hung when selecting a fabric. A vibrant, busy pattern may not be the most practical choice for a room that is meant to be calming like a bedroom.
